📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of production activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of quality control and improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
