📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants and other team members.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Big 4 accounting experience (minimum 5 years).
• Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
