📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the performance and reliability of our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and meet project deadlines.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and incorporate new technologies into our products.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Document technical processes and maintain accurate records for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and electronic engineering, with a strong background in equipment design and development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
• Certifications in relevant engineering standards and regulations, such as IEC, ISO, or other industry-recognized certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
