📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of boutique staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using tools like SAP or similar ERP software.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the boutique's visibility and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to align boutique operations with overall company goals.
• Organize and participate in boutique events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in boutique or retail operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
