📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building structures, including roofs, walls, and floors.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Monitor and maintain building security systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for major maintenance projects.
• Assist in emergency response and disaster preparedness.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report findings to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the building premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
