📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the autonomous vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Manage and coordinate with vehicle maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of the fleet.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of autonomous vehicle services.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data using advanced analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer support, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of autonomous vehicle services.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing autonomous vehicle operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in the autonomous vehicle or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Strong knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology and its applications in the transportation sector.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
