📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Manage and mentor a team of boutique staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Implement and monitor inventory management systems using tools like SAP or similar ERP software.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the boutique's visibility and sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the regional manager to align boutique operations with overall company goals.
Organize and participate in boutique events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in boutique or retail operations management.
Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
Experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
