📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the bancassurance space.
• Provide financial planning and advisory services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
• Manage the bancassurance portfolio, including policy issuance, renewal, and claims processing.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of bancassurance initiatives.
• Train and mentor banking partners and internal teams on bancassurance products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and banking services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of bancassurance software and systems, such as IFG Life's proprietary tools.
• Certification in bancassurance or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
