📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for our clients.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain network and server performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Configure and manage virtualization environments using VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Assist in the deployment and management of cloud services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in regular team meetings and project reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
