📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced tools such as SAP and Jabil's proprietary software.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate contracts.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze market trends and customer demands to inform planning strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management.
- Proven experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
