📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve premium coffee using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Master the art of latte art and other specialty coffee drinks.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and understanding their preferences.
• Stock and manage coffee supplies, ensuring we always have fresh ingredients.
• Assist in the daily operations of the concept store, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming environment.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
