📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the delivery process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Work closely with the delivery team and other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Use logistics software such as SAP or Oracle to track and manage deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues related to deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor delivery schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of logistics strategies to improve overall efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics and shipping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or shipping-related role.
• Proven experience in using logistics software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.
