As a Finance Executive, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements on time.
• Provide financial support to the operations and sales teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
