Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, technology partners, and strategic alliances.

Lead and manage a team of alliance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to clients and partners.

Represent Databricks at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the alliance program, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with evolving market needs.

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, or business development.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships.

Strong understanding of the data and AI industry, with a focus on Databricks' products and solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of alliance professionals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze market trends and industry best practices.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
