🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
