📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
