Conducting due diligence on potential merger and acquisition targets,Preparing and presenting detailed financial and operational analyses to support merger and acquisition decisions,Assisting in the negotiation and structuring of merger and acquisition transactions,Managing and coordinating the merger and acquisition process, including the preparation of legal and regulatory documents,Providing strategic advice and support to the senior management team on merger and acquisition activities,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential merger and acquisition targets and other key stakeholders,Monitoring and reporting on the progress of merger and acquisition transactions,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in merger and acquisition activities,Strong knowledge of financial and operational analysis techniques,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations,Experience working in a multicultural environment
