PT Mulya Logistik Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.,Set and track sales targets for the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report sales performance and market trends to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing and coaching a sales team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
