🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and project management tools.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies, such as video conferencing, project management software, and collaboration tools.
