📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, helping them to maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and management.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Proficient in using PowerShell, Power BI, and other relevant tools for automation and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
