📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse management strategies.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and material handling.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to manage data, track performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of the warehouse department's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making.
• Certification in Warehouse Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
