📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with social media and online job boards.
