In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to various retail outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to retail outlets.,Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on distribution performance and efficiency.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth product flow.,Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product quality and availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to product distribution.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
