📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
