Gold Local Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Support the HR team in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
