📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Coordinate with management to align HR practices with business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
