📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.,Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed dosages.,Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or emergencies to the registered nurse or physician.,Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized patient care environment.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of patient care and safety.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse's Aide or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving patients.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
