📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain and update HR records and administrative tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Support the HR Manager in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
