As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in the success of our events and banquets. You will be responsible for assisting with event planning, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all guests are well taken care of.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Managing guest reservations and check-ins
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of banquets and events
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
  • Assisting with food and beverage service during events
  • Working closely with the event manager to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
  • Maintaining a clean and organized banquet area
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is an advantage
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
