As an Accounting & Tax Specialist at Bimasakti Multi Sinergi, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. You'll work closely with our finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws, and implement necessary updates.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial guidance to the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, with a focus on Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in Accounting or Tax (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
