As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their banking needs.,Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash handling area.,Follow all security and compliance procedures to ensure the safety of customers' funds and information.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.,Assist in opening and closing the bank, including counting and reconciling cash.,Stay updated on banking regulations and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Proficiency in using computer software and banking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Ability to handle cash and maintain strict security procedures.
