In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure optimal display and availability,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store administration,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
