Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately,Present food and beverages to customers in a clean and attractive manner,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and wait stations,Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints,Work efficiently and effectively during peak hours and busy service,Maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality,Follow all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a Server/Waiter is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to stand, walk, and perform other physically demanding tasks
