📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage procurement activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall project objectives.,Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and project progress.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.,Mentor and develop junior procurement staff to build a strong team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
