Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping services, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.,Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and protocols to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and professionalism.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and proper utilization.,Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve housekeeping processes and services, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations in a premium hospitality setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading housekeeping teams.,Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, protocols, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
