📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and train junior sales assistants to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Promote products and services to customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier roles.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
