In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at our mining sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of mining sites, including equipment maintenance and repair.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular inspections of mining equipment and facilities.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for project execution.,Prepare and submit regular reports on site activities and progress.,Provide technical assistance to site personnel as needed.,Participate in the development and implementation of site improvement projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.,Knowledge of mining equipment, safety procedures, and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
