📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and control room inventory, including room status, availability, and housekeeping schedules.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for reservations and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the front office team to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in all operations.
• Monitor and manage room rates, including special rates and promotions.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues related to room assignments and reservations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both guests and colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front office operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Proficient in using hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siriuss, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
